Frequently asked questions
What counts as a video?
One finished, downloadable vertical video. Exploring series ideas, up to 5 script rewrites, and up to 12 storyboard frame redos are all included in making that video.
What if a render fails?
Failed renders never count against your plan. Your video allowance is restored automatically so you can try again right away.
Do unused videos roll over?
Monthly plan videos refresh each billing date and don't roll over. Extra 5-video packs ($7.99) never expire as long as your paid subscription stays active.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Unused paid plans are also covered by our 7-day refund policy.
Who owns the videos I make?
You do. You hold full commercial rights to publish and monetize your videos across your channels. See our Terms of Service.
How does platform disclosure work?
Your download screen includes ready-to-use captions and a reminder for platform disclosure toggles. Learn more in our AI Disclosure guide.
