When you delete a video or close your account in Settings, we remove your content from active storage within a reasonable timeframe, retaining only records required for tax, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address, or through our Contact page. Hatchreel is intended for users aged 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
