You are responsible for the topics, scripts, and videos you create and publish with Hatchreel. Automated safety filters help prevent prohibited content from being generated.

You may not use Hatchreel to generate, upload, or distribute content that includes:

• Sexually explicit content, nudity, or pornography.
• Any content that exploits, harms, or sexualizes minors.
• Unauthorized likenesses of real individuals, including non-consensual deepfakes or voice clones.
• Deceptive impersonation of real individuals, brands, or public institutions.
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats against any person or group.
• Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or promotion of illegal acts.
• Fabricated news events or harmful misinformation presented as factual reporting.
• Material that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Automated abuse, account farming, or coordinated spam networks.
